Dr. Carmen Popa

Dr. Popa attended Grigore T. Popa University of Medicine in Iasi, Romania. From her graduation in 1995 through 1998, she trained in the field of ENT. She then went on to fulfill her residency requirements at Maryland’s Prince George Hospital, and successfully completed her internship at Huron Hospital in East Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Popa is board-certified in internal medicine.
In 2003, Dr. Popa successfully founded/established MedCare Center in Parma Heights, Ohio. While practicing internal medicine at MedCare, she successfully founded/established Premier Laser Care. Undeniably dedicated to/passionate about caring for others, Dr. Popa is now bettering the lives of men and women both internally and externally.
